Position Responsibilities:
:
* Reviews routine business processes and identifies risks and key control requirements.
* Generally performs under close supervision.
* Develops clear and concise written recommendations that may require some editing.
* Is able to present routine recommendations, but requires support in resolving conflict.
* Is an effective and contributing team member and establishes cooperative and positive working relationships.
* Completes special projects as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 1-2 internships in auditing/finance/ accounting, preferably in corporate setting or at least 1 year previous work experience (auditing/ accounting/finance)
* BS in Accounting, Finance, at least a 3.3/4.0 overall GPA or equivalent
* Demonstrated effective leadership and interpersonal skills; excel in a team environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to travel up to 35% (domestically)
* Proficiency in PC skills (preferably with the Microsoft Office suite of products)
Desired Skills and Experience
* MBA a plus
